Service to be provided:

Pinnacle can provide a wide range of risk management services typically provided for by a risk management professional. We are available to assume the role of an in-house risk management professional on a full-time or part-time basis, on a permanent or temporary basis. Our scope of responsibilities can be as broad as they need to be or restricted to a specific project or task.

The exact nature of responsibilities to be assumed by Pinnacle will be set forth in writing and agreed to by all parties so that there is a clear and concise understanding as to our responsibilities and your service level expectations.

Why should such a service be considered?

We recognize that the need to outsource risk management services can occur for any number of reasons. For example:

• Your in-house risk management professional has resigned and a need for a temporary replacement is needed until a full-time replacement is hired;
• Perhaps management realizes that a need exists to retain the services of a professional risk manager, but the need has not yet reached the point where a full-time professional can be cost justified;
• It has been determined that it is more cost effective to outsource certain functions of the risk management department;
• A specific skill or service is needed that is not currently available within the risk management department and can not be cost justified to bring in-house for the short time frame that such a skill or service is needed.
