Service to be provided:

Pinnacle will assist in developing an appropriate emergency response plan that provides for a planned, efficient and effective response should a company owned/leased aircraft be involved in an aviation mishap. We will assist in the development, training and testing of a corporate Aircraft Accident Response Team, along with the requisite policies and procedures.

Why should such a service be considered?

Company owned/leased aircraft (i.e., fixed wing or rotorcraft) typically are used to transport senior executives around the country, if not the world to various meetings and company events. Corporate aircraft has become a very convenient, efficient and effective means of executive travel. However, air travel is not without risk and aviation mishaps are not restricted to commercial airliners. Incidents do occur regularly to corporate or industrial aid aircraft.

In most instances, the "frequent flyers" aboard these aircraft tend to be senior executives. An incident involving the corporate aircraft can have grave repercussions upon the corporation in regard to operations and financial matters, aside from the potential tort liabilities.

Failure to have a well thought out and tested response plan, developed in advance of any such mishap, can lead to severe disruption in operations, resulting in a depressed stock price and increased civil liabilities.

Having such a plan in place, that has been well thought out, and subject to routine testing and maintenance is considered prudent management for those companies that have made the decision to buy or lease a corporate aircraft.
